My experience centers at the intersection of people and strategy. I love working across diverse settings and groups: I’ve designed and facilitated C-suite meetings and retreats for large corporations as well as small nonprofits, scaled training programs for under-resourced healthcare workers, and coached education leaders. I lean on the creative thinking and principled action I learned at MIT, and leverage 15+ years of mindfulness practice and teaching to help leaders find clarity and insight. I work exclusively with mission-driven organizations because I want to share my expertise and resources with the people who are working on the most critical issues of our time.
